What We Did

Motion LA led creative, fabrication, and end-to-end production across six footprints in three cities. Branded hospitality structures, a custom shipping container buildout, closable pods, scenic locker walls, and a kick accuracy challenge engineered for indoor and outdoor conditions, including permitting, union labor, staffing, and cross-country transport between markets. Inside, fans played, posed, and shared: AI-powered personalized highlight videos, a crowd-powered hype meter, photo and print booths, and premium lounges — capturing first-party data at every touchpoint.

 Lululemon's Biggest Yoga Event Ever

What We Did

Motion LA led all creative ideation and full-scale production for a takeover of Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade, transforming it into a fully branded Lululemon fitness and community experience. We secured city permits and built two branded stages across two city blocks to run simultaneous programming at scale, backed by a city-wide visibility campaign across the Promenade and every Lululemon store in Southern California.

LG x Final Four

LG x Final Four

What We Did

LG needed to cut through a crowded sponsor field at the NCAA Final Four Fan Fest. We built the LG MAX Out XR Scanner: fans stepped in for a full-body 3D scan, then watched their own avatar dunk over LG fridges for a personal March Madness moment. The queue doubled as a product showcase, fans waited alongside LG's OLED lineup, including the world's first 97" OLED, and exited into a hands-on zone with the Insta-View MAX and Mood Up fridges. A mobile version with facial scanning let fans share the experience with friends at home, extending reach far past the convention center.

Results

  • Shareable output turned every participant into a distribution channel
  • Product interaction built into the experience flow, not bolted on
  • Reach extended beyond the venue via the mobile XR version
